BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ACCEPT MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.
If the work is meant for commercial use, that must be stated before the work begins.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio or as an example for future work.
Please always provide a clear reference image.
Extra charge will be applied for additional content and illustration.
Deadlines and scope of work MUST be agreed upon beforehand or else there will be an additional charge.
All payments made for Sikeseeing are not refundable and not transferable to other events or groups.
All terms & conditions will be deemed to be agreed upon & accepted once the job is executed

COMMERCIAL COMMISSION/PROJECT

Commercial usage or Non-Exclusive Licenses means the artwork generates profit by redistribution of the bought artwork such as merchandise, heavily editing one on the client's preferences, promoting a project (advertisement) / brand/works and etc.
Only in this buying condition, one can request my username not to be included in the art, if the reason is fully provided. But the exclusion of my signature on art doesn't mean permission to neglect proper credit.
Even if such rights for extended use are bought, credit of the artist must be done, in the same way, written in the credits section. This is claimed regardless of my username being on the art or not, and the existence of edit.
Commercial commissions are at least 1.5x to 3x the cost of non-commercial commissions per artwork; prices are further negotiable if royalties are offered for commercial work.
Digital purpose only: character design & illustration, digital promotional banners, book cover art, music video, visual novel CG, company profile picture, editorial illustration, TCG, game assets and etc. For printed purpose media such as cover art, printed posters, t-shirt design, and other print promotional items.

PAYMENT PROCESS

All payment is done through Paypal and Wise
If you use Paypal, please choose the payment option “send to friends and family”
If you choose “send as goods or services” or ask me for an invoice. There will be an additional fee accordingly (+5%)
All prices above exclude PayPal tax (for invoice or goods option). If you want to use invoice or service options and you order projects in a bundle (min 5 items in 1 order transaction, can’t accumulate from different transactions) Free PayPal Tax. But it has to be the same work. i.e: 6 full body
Payments need to be transferred before work starts (either 100% upfront or 50% down payment and 50% on completion)

HOW TO ORDER

Email me or DM me on Discord if you're interested in commissioning me
Fill in the Commission Form from the google form I've provided on this website.
After I've received your email and your commission form, I'll continue to discuss the commission via email or discord.
Once you've agreed with the references, I'll send you the PayPal / Wise Invoice or Paypal Friends and Family.
I'll gather some references based on your commission form.
I'll add you to my order list once the payment is made, I'll make the first rough sketches, and after we agree with the result I'll continue working on the illustration.
I'll email you updates on the illustration in the next few days.
Once the illustration is done, I'll send you the final payment invoice.
After I've received the final payment, I'll send the HD illustration without a watermark.

Paying a commission does not mean that you have bought out the copyright. Falsifying my copyright with mentioned forbidden acts will cause a permanent ban from my commissions and adopts, and report to the staff by making the violator's username public. The usage right of sold art will be taken back to me, while I claim the right to retain paid money.
I take every copyright of the artwork as an artist. I have the right to display the art in any place including web and portfolios, make printable goods, showing the artist's belongings by inserting my username.
I don't take rights of intellectual property displayed in the arts, such as characters, and designs of outfits/background/props that didn't originate from me.

PRIVACY

I don't take responsibility if the client uses a real person picture and turns into an NSFW character without their consent. I will not take your commission.
I will not use or leak the client's personal information (i.e client's full name, DoB, address, etc)
Please don't share my data with the public and respect each other privacy.
If I found out the client does illegal or criminal activities I can process the client's data to people who have official authority.

REVISIONS

You have 3 FREE REVISION Slots available for each illustration (sketch and coloring stage (minor changes))
I will not be held responsible for any mistakes on the finished commission work due to the lack of details and information in the initial sketch.
Additional rates may be applied if significant changes are requested during the rendering process. (e.g. Lighting, Colors, Pose, Perspective, Apparel, etc)

REFUND POLICY

Finished commissioned work cannot be refunded
If the commissioner decides to refund an unfinished commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work the commission has done.
The commissioner then will receive what has been completed up to the point of refund.

TIMELINE & FINAL ARTWORKS

Completed Illustration based on your Commission Application should be ready within 2 - 5 working days or more than A WEEK or WEEKS of receiving the payment it depends on the complexity. I will update you if there are delays, and ask for feedback occasionally. You may ask for updates.
I put a lot of time and effort into bringing your character based on your information and description.
High detailed illustration, such as a full render finish, may need a longer time to finish.
(2000 - 3000 px, 300 DPI) without watermark
Final artwork will be sent and handover to the client after delivery of the final payment.
I work in GMT 7+ I'm available between 9 AM to 6 PM. I'll reply to any emails or messages as soon as I get them or within 24 hours.
